This C-A line helical concrete stair delivers strong architectural impact, made unique and highly scenographic by the presence of climbing plants that wrap around and emphasize the stair’s sinuous geometry.
The concept originated from the desire to create a monumental, large-diameter staircase that would be both visually striking and “living,” connecting the exhibition space to the administrative offices.
The client’s requirements were met through our in-house production capabilities, which allow the manufacture of large prefabricated modules—such as in this case, with a 300 cm diameter.

At the base of the stair, a large custom-designed planter was engineered and installed, housing multiple plant species that vertically interact with the helical concrete structure and its AISI 304 stainless steel balustrade.
The stair was completed with a grey-toned resin finish, selected to ensure material continuity and visual harmony with the surrounding environment.
In this project, the stair—while remaining a functional architectural element—becomes the primary focal point of the space.
